Damage vs. soil
Wall marks, chipped surfaces, worn flooring, rust, damaged grout, and repairs cannot be resolved through ordinary cleaning.
Preparation matters
Secure valuables, cash, medication, sensitive documents, fragile objects, personal electronics, and other private property before service. Cleaning should not require staff to sort or manage sensitive belongings.
Condition affects results
Permanent staining, corrosion, mold, damaged finishes, failed grout or caulk, broken fixtures, severe odor sources, pest contamination, biohazards, and structural or plumbing issues are not ordinary cleaning conditions.
