Cleaning Has Boundaries
Some conditions are damage, hazards, repair issues, or specialist-remediation needs rather than ordinary removable soil.
Permanent staining and damage
Discoloration can be caused by wear, dye transfer, chemical damage, corrosion, sun fading, burns, etching, damaged finish, or other permanent changes.
Hazardous and biohazard conditions
Blood, needles, sewage, active mold growth, chemical spills, pest infestations, hoarding-level conditions, and other hazards can require specialist training and protective equipment.
Repairs are separate
Broken fixtures, failed grout, plumbing leaks, electrical problems, damaged flooring, appliance repair, wall repair, and pest control are not cleaning tasks.
Heavy lifting and unsafe access
Large furniture, unsafe ladders, unstable items, blocked surfaces, and difficult-to-reach areas can be excluded for safety.
